1/ Please note that we DO NOT offer acrylic, liquid/hard gel and powder gel services (or anything that can be filled in). Walk-ins can be accommodated on a case by case basis and availability can only be guarantee by booking an appointment.
2/ A REMOVAL add-on MUST be added to your booking if you need one. If a removal is needed and you didn't reserve one, a fee for said removal will be added to your total bill regardless of the main services that you booked for.
3/ To choose MULTIPLE SERVICES: simply tap or click onto the category name to open its collapsible menu, then choose the service and the technician and time you want for that service. Then, proceed to repeat those same steps until you're all done with your selections, only THEN should you tap or click the "Next" button. DO NOT tap or click on the "Next" button if you're not ready to be moved to the NEXT SCREEN.
4/ GROUP BOOKING: To request multiple appointments for the same time frame, simply create a separate appointment request for each individual in your party and choose the same time for each request, and add a note to notify us of everyone's name in your party. If the same time slot cannot be selected for all of your requests, just leave a note of your prefered time in any of the appointment request and we'll arrange it for you. If you're unsure what time would be available for your entire party, please reply to this email or text 919-419-9641 and you will hear back from us within an hour.
5/ Near the end of the booking process, we will ask for your credit card information. This card will not be charged for your services and we only collect the info to prevent no-show. Once you finish your booking request, an email will be sent to acknowledge that we have received your request and you will receive another email for either confirmation or declination of said request. If you don't receive any email from us, then we don't have your request because you didn't finish requesting it, please try again.
